Wedding Catering

Weddings are a special and emotional time for couples and their guests, and there is nothing more rewarding for our catering team than knowing that we have played a supporting role in these milestone moments. As custom caterers, we work closely with couples to create personalized menus that reflect their unique tastes and desires. Have a cuisine or theme in mind? Let us know and we’ll be happy to develop a menu to suit your special day.

Our Approach

A big part of why we love wedding catering is the variety and opportunity to be creative. Each wedding has a unique set of challenges, and it’s always a thrill to set a plan in motion to meet those challenges and get it right.

Our weddings begin with a blank slate; it all starts with listening to our couples. Our team of experienced event caterers will meet one-on-one with couples to get a sense of your vision, priorities and budget in order to design the best possible experience for you and your guests.

Step One
The Consultation

We’ll arrange an initial in-person consultation (no charge, no obligation) in order to get to know you and learn more about your vision for your wedding menu, including food likes and dislikes, cultural influences, other vendors involved and a budget estimate.

Step Two
The Proposal

After our initial meeting, we’ll provide you with a detailed proposal outlining your ideal event menu with a detailed breakdown of the budget, including food costs, staffing, rentals, gratuities and taxes.

Step Three
The Tasting

Tastings are available for two to six guests and are hosted in our “back alley Tuscany tasting room” at 3925 Fraser Street. Tastings can be scheduled from Tuesday to Friday between 12 to 4 p.m. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate tastings on evenings or weekends.

Step Four
The Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date of your event. Changes to your proposal can still be made following the deposit if you need to adjust the menu, rentals or the final guest count.

Step Five
Final Preparations

At this stage, we’ll work on further plans for your big day and schedule a site visit at your venue with your catering coordinator and potentially other vendors. During this walk-through, we determine the ideal flow for the wedding day, develop a detailed rental list, and identify and address any logistical challenges.

Step Six
The Wedding

We´ve tallied your final guest count, arranged a special dish for your mother-in-law, and know exactly how long Dad’s speech is going to take – now everything is ready to go! Your dedicated catering coordinator will oversee setup and remain on site until all planned food service is complete. Once you and your guests are well-fed, we’ll do our best to find you on the dance floor and give you a big hug goodbye!
