A table sized pizza, presented on either a round platter or rectangular platter, depending on the table…an option of 2 different pizzas…a few classic margheritas; and the rest with crispy pancetta, fennel sausage, roasted garlic, onions and cheese 

Spinach Salad
A classic spinach salad with fresh local strawberries and shaved fennel…with a light citrus dressing

 2nd Course

Penne Pasta
Penne pasta in a creamy rose sauce, with Italian sausage, leeks, roasted garlic, caramelized onions, shaved parmesan and Italian flat leaf parsley…with a small bowl of crushed chilies per table 

3rd Course

36 Hour Barolo Braised Beef Short Rib
AAA Alberta beef, anise seed reduction jus, parsley gremolata

An all-time favourite comfort food! Juicy chicken lightly breaded and fried and topped with fior de latte mozzarella…served on a bed of basil-tomato sauce

Oozingly rich and delicious ‘scalloped potatoes’, cut and fried in butter and served warm
