Any opened, and all unopened bottles will be left with the client and billed accordingly

HOSTed BAR PACKAGE

This is the traditional bar where the event host pays for all drinks consumed during the event and Savoury City provides all alcohol, garnishes, and mixes as well as the special Occasion Permit. The number of drinks consumed are calculated at the end of the event after an inventory has been completed and then are subject to 5% GST, 10% PST and 20% service charge. The host has the option of purchasing drink tickets which can be handed out to guests to control the amount of alcohol consumed.

All beverages are subject to a 20% service charge

CASH BAR PACKAGE

Beverage service paid by the guest. Cost includes mixes and bar garnishes, as well as 20% service charge and all relevant taxes. Cash, credit card, tap devices accepted.

Bartenders, Glassware, Ice, Bar Accessories are an additional charge

A minimum spend of $8 per guest on all Cash Bar Packages. If the minimum is not met, the balance will be charged to the client at the end of the event

BYOA PACKAGE

A host-provided bar. Savoury City can provide unlimited non-alcoholic beverages and garnishes to accompany your bar.

STANDARD non-alcoholic garnishes ($4 per person) Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, 7up, Ginger Ale, Soda, Tonic, Mineral Water, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Lemons, and Limes.

PREMIUM May include Fentimans Tonic, Soda, Ginger Beer, Infused Simple Syrups, Fresh Herbs, Candied Peel, Fruits, Berries — Please inquire for pricing details
