An arrangement of open-faced tea sandwiches which may include cucumber with dill cream cheese and pink peppercorns, smoked chicken rillettes with crispy onions and chervil, roast beef with horseradish Boursin and chives, crispy pancetta with fig jam and goat cheese, smoked turkey with egg mimosa and tarragon.

Imported cheese garnished with berries and grapes, served with assorted crackers and baguettes.
