CORPORATE DELIVERY HOURS
Minimum $200.00 order for delivery in Vancouver, UBC, Richmond, Burnaby & New Westminster.
Minimum $1000.00 order for delivery in Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Coquitlam, North Vancouver & West Vancouver.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm * Minimum $500 order *
Closed on Sundays
PAYMENT
Required before the order is delivered, unless on an approved account and terms.
A signed credit card authorization form is required for all clients.
DELIVERY VANCOUVER
We request a 30-minute window for all deliveries between 7am - 10am and 2pm - 5pm.
All lunch deliveries have a 60-minute window between 10am - 2pm.
*All hot food orders will be delivered within a 30-minute window.
Delivery fees include pickup of our equipment the following business day. Should you require same-day pickup of equipment, an additional charge will apply *Pending availability. Please ensure equipment is ready for pickup, washing is not required.
Deliveries outside of our regular hours will be subject to an additional fee and minimum spend.
Early morning deliveries (6:00am-7:00am) for Vancouver, UBC, Burnaby, and Richmond will be subject to an additional $50.00 fee.
Late evening deliveries (5:00pm-6:30pm), for Vancouver, UBC, Burnaby, and Richmond will be subject to an additional $50.00 fee.

ORDER DEADLINE
For next business day delivery, we require:
Cold breakfast and lunch confirmed by 12 pm
All hot breakfast and lunch orders require 48-hour notice
Canapes and specialty items require 72-hour notice
RUSH ORDERS
A ‘Same Day, or New Order’ Rush Fee of $50 will be applied to any last-minute orders, or any orders requiring change to an already existing order.
CANCELLATION
A minimum of 24 hours for the cancellation of sandwiches, salads, and desserts. A minimum of 48 hours for the cancellation of hot food, hors d’oeuvres and other specialty items from the corporate menu.
Cancellation must be confirmed with one of our event planners via email.
Last-minute cancellations will be subject to full food cost.
PAPER SERVICE
Savoury City uses biodegradable and compostable flatware products for corporate delivery orders.
Napkins: $0.25 per person
Plates & Napkins: $0.75 per person
Plates, Napkins & Cutlery: $1.50 per person
EQUIPMENT SET-UP
Should your event require set-up of chaffing dishes, 10+ platters, décor and rentals, a charge of $50.00 per half hour will be applied.
ALLERGY & DIETARY REQUESTS
Savoury City understands that many individuals have specific dietary needs, and we strive to accommodate them wherever possible.
We take allergies very seriously and would like our clients to be able to make an informed decision.
Please understand that we handle many different orders on a given day, and as such, our facility is not allergen-free.
Cross-contact with nuts, shellfish, soy, seeds and seed oils, wheat, and other allergens may occur beyond our control.
Accommodations for dietary requests where possible may incur additional costs. We regret that some certain dietary requests may be outside of our capacity.
