If we could have only one word to describe our catering the word would be “handcrafted”. Everything we do, is done the old-fashioned way – simply, and by hand. Whether it be a marinade for chicken, a demi-glaze for beef, or a veg. stock simmered for 24 hours, we take the time to build a depth of flavour in all of our dishes that’s hard to beat.
