Catering Menus

We’ve been assisting Vancouverites in creating amazing catered events for well over 15 years, and our process has never changed. It starts by listening to you – your vision, your goals and your budget. Solid relationships with the best artisanal food producers in the Lower Mainland have given us a broad palette to work with in delighting your palate. We use sustainably harvested seafood, pasture raised beef and farm fresh produce to create food that is bold, fresh and exhilarating.

Please give us a call at 604 875-8484 with any catering questions you may have and one of our expert Event Planners will calmly walk you through options and ideas.

This is why hiring a caterer is often the best solution to the “a want to entertain, but who has the time?!” question. We totally get it! Who has time after a long and arduous work week to prepare for an event! A great aspect of having a winter wedding is that it’s not peak season! This means significant savings when it comes to booking your venue, as well as your videographer, photographer, and DJ! You can use all your saved money to add extra touches to your big day (or use it for the honeymoon)! ...

Ok, at first blush, the words ‘corporate’ and ‘Christmas’ don’t necessarily freely associate. No, Charles Dickens did not write “A Corporate Christ-mas Carol,” although some employees may relate a little too intimately with the Scrooge character. And no, the line “visions of Christmas bonus-es danced in their heads” appears nowhere in the famous yuletide poem Twas the Night Before Christmas. So, yeah. We understand that it can be slightly daunting to be put in charge of your corporate Christmas party planning committee. Fortunately, you can put your corporate festivity fears at bay, as we know how to put the “fun” in corporate function! ...

Love is a concept that eludes, or perhaps resists, a clear-cut definition. The evidence seems to lie in the ubiquitous usage of the word for all sorts of circumstances and contexts. And, while there are multiple meanings attached to the concept of love, there are myriad ways of expressing it! This leads us to the reason why we decided over 15 years ago to start our custom ca-tering venture. It truly stems from that oft indefinable, elusive, yet powerful and empowering noun. It’s all love. ...

I know it seems like a million months away, but the truth is, if you’ve decided to host a Christmas dinner party this year, it’s a lot closer than you think! We don’t want to induce pre-holiday panic or anything, but one of the most important factors for throwing a successful holiday dinner party is beginning the planning process early! Plan Ahead! People’s social calendars fill up very quickly during the holiday season, so ensuring that you’ve sent out your invitations well before the dinner party is essential. It’s best to send out your invita-tions (online or snail mail) at least three weeks before your party and gently request that your guests reply within a week of your party so that you’ll have a good idea of how many guests you’ll need to prepare for. ...

They say it takes only seconds to make a first impression. While this may be somewhat discon-certing, it’s an aspect of human nature that holds true--and with good reason. Back when we were living in caves, our ancient ancestors had to make very quick judgements when venturing out to hunt and gather. Let’s face it, the difference between being quick or slow to judge could mean the difference between eating dinner and being dinner! While the stakes are not as high today, the importance of making a great first impression is still paramount in the corporate world! And, that’s where we come in to help! ...
